Apple, Lingdang, Matt are back resting in Chengdu with the rest of the Chinese Mountain Rescue team after a 24 hour day yesterday. Our operations have been focusing on the North of Pengzhou county, specifically Yingchang Gou and Huilong Gou in Longmenshan Township. Matt's group walked for ~16 hours with an epic 1800m of ascent through dense forest, eventually coming back with 8 people and 1 dog who were uninjured but unable to find a route back through the landslides. We're meeting with the Ministry of Civil Affairs later on to seek the latest updates. If there are other areas which are difficult to access then that is where we will be heading to next.

We're all still both very tired and very busy at the moment, but will post a much longer account of the earthquake and subsequent search and rescue operations as soon as there is the opportunity.
